Toby and Tara McCurdy looked at interruptions in an intensive care unit. They found that the resumption leg was longer when theory told us it would be longer. But what was really interesting was all the cases where there wasn't a resumption leg, all the naturalistic practices that people engaged in to make them less prone to suffering from the consequences of the interruption. So those are just some of the more field-related work that we have done in interruptions.
