There's nothing wrong with hit training, but it really comes out of a sort of human condition of looking for the minimum effective dose for everything. The data would suggest probably at least three, if not four hours a week of just that kind of steady state cardio. And then we have to talk about the strength training and some of the higher intensity stuff as well.
