Connecting People to Purpose in Larger Organizations
I think what we do within customer community learning spaces is a really opportune vehicle for us to be able to drive our purpose agenda. So when I speak about programs like the Natway Strive with Marcus Rashford program, so there's a great opportunity for colleagues to wherever they are in the bank. They could be sitting in an area, as we mentioned, that doesn't necessarily get to experience purpose, you know, or what we would class as kind of purpose on the front lines.
