The World of Open Source Build Systems
Wazzall is a new kind of build system based on the shake scheduler. Wazzall was inspired by Basel, Inja and Pants and Buck which were all built for Google's Chrome browser. Different communities have different infrastructures with different requirements in terms of tasks that need to execute. For example if you want to build a project that has some rust and some Haskell and say some Java in it, how do you do that when each community has their own build system? I just wonder why there are so many incompatible systems out there.
