Power Lifters vs Body Builders
Power lifters are going to mostly train the squat, the bench and a dead lift. Body builders can use compound lifts because that is efficient wayo of growing lots of muscle. Rubby players have got to use exercises that move them through different motions as well. Same thing for body building. You're working backwards as far as building your biggest muscles in training.
