Body builders put in so much time and effort to put on any sort of muscle mass, they kind of laugh at a runner that says, ah, i don't wan to be a jim goer because ijus don't want to put on too much muscle. We work so hard to do it. You can't stumble into a jim and put on muscle. It's just notking to happen.
