Meditative strategies shift our mood for sure, but they do more. They're empowering because you don't have to have somebody else guiding you or be taking something. But there are actually ways we ourselves can shift our attention to access our aspiration and energize. This is as in many of these reflections, something that requires more time than we'll be giving it. So this is a taste that I invite you to practice on your own.
