Is There a Difference Between Stopping Training and Getting Rid of Stress?

Exercising is beneficial for so many, regardless of your situation. There's a level of intensity and volume relative to the individual that's in cover from you know like I totally get that point. But to say as an absolute that if you're stressed and you've been doing all of these diets and all this sort of stuff for so long, you need to heal yourself... It doesn't make any sense. And there's a lot of bad stressors and probably everyone's life that they can actually think about getting rid of before they even go to exercise.
