The Insineration of Communities of Color, Not White Neighborhoods

This is such a great example of very justified anger. This is a situation that's happening all over the world, where the people who are in power in creating waste. Because they have power, are able to put that waste wherever they want, and it's in other people's backyards. So here's the anger that we have about this.
