How to Build an Audience

A lot of people start with hey can you help me launch a podcast and I think it's very insightful for you to say listen but we don't really want a podcast we actually want an audience. One of the first things I tried to figure out is who are we talking about like who is the audience and trying to get as narrow as possible of who that was. vertical vertical solutions are going to win because they can build an audience way easier now much easier  to build an audience around higher ed in tech than it is just like multiple industries.
