How to Get Back Into Training After an Injury

i am so aggressive with taking time off when it comes to more serious things, like getting really sick, getting injured, or something like that. You can't just take time off for these reasons that, you don't mind. With an injury, it can often be different. It depends on how severe it is. Can you do some cross training and strength training without any pain? Because that'll certainly help your come back to normal training.
