What Is a Customer Pivot?
The customer pivot is what kicked it off for us. The product, at the end of the day, is not like, completely, completely different. It is different. And so one of the biggest things about pivots, have people wrong that i should deftly mention, is, like, if you just decided to change directions in your start up, thats, know, there's nothing wrong with that,. But please don't call it a pivot, because it's more like a hop. You hop from one idea to another idea, rightsi like, it's not a pivot then it's just you changing directions completely for no reason.
