Is There a Ceiling?
There are multiple basically anchor points. One is, of course, you look at how the market is valuing you. And ah, that sort of provides a guide line. It doesn't necessarily mean that you don't automatically give that multiple to the company you're acquiring. There's a lot of variables that goes into what makes up that multiple youare getting in the public market. Does that provide a ceiling, though?
