If you hate going to the gim then that's not the right exercise for you. If you don't like walking, maybe finding a partner to walk with could make it more fun. I use an elliptical to stay and chafe. And i read trashy novels when i'm on the elliptical. That i hated using the elliptical until i figured out i can actually do something fun. The hard part is that a lot of bad habits, like binge, watching t v or eating junk food also release dopomine these habits are really rewarding in the short term, but probably not the fryew overtime.
