Is There a Difference Between Twin Studies and Sibling Studies?
The method that I developed is actually generalization of that to all possible relative pairs. So the sibling version actually will give you an estimate of something very close to the full genetic component, including interactions. The twin one will actually overestimate even the broad one. There's not actually a huge amount of evidence for genetic interactions statistically playing playing an important role though.
