i think it's ever evolving, like our diets, in some sense, mackrotracking versus intuitive eating. Instogram is just like pictures, like i saw one to day pictures of my mackros,. Like thefitness pal circles, like, o show me that shad guys in. I don't care you had two % cards to day. Keep that to yourself. Some people do it for accountability. That's fair. But at the same time, you don't, always, like, youg i feel you get to a point where you can just be accountable yourself and work harder. If they're not at that point, tats true. Fine.
