The Challenges of Digitalization

I think one of the big things that we hear is with a lot of the AR and AI tools, you have to have a good wireless infrastructure. The infrastructure of organizations for internal use is often there and it's very, very strong. But externally, it can be a little bit of a challenge. And I think the reason for that is the inherent risk of cybersecurity. Big stories, IT people being quite rightly, probably the most paranoid people in the organization with good reason.
