The Importance of Perceiving the Totality of Our Work

There are many things in life that I don't think we can accomplish if we were able to perceive in advance the totality of what had to be done because you would focus too much on the burden, the overburd. And for some people, it's even something as trivial from my perspective now for being married for 40 years of taking on marriage, that commitment to somebody. Seven eighths of the problem can't be seen when you're getting married or the better one is choosing to have a kid. Mm hmm. Because it is a lot of hard work. If you focus on the totality, it's just overwhelming and frightening.
