Luanna: I think since the pandemic, the world has had a bit of value awakening. We are talking about thoughts, leave to emotions, which lead to behavior and lead to results. What are the top three things you would recommend doing if somebody wants to change the results they're getting in any aspect of their life? Yeah. The first one is identify avoidance. Once you know your flavor, if you're stuck on thinking, shift your perspective. Design a value-driven plan; really just shift away from what's not working.
