What's Got Training and How Do I Do It
Gut training is a process of training various parts of your gastrointestinal tract. It's really to better tolerate either the volume of food and fluids generally speaking in the stomach but also how it empties and moves through the GI tract. In some cases we're not producing enough digestive enzymes to digest down the carbohydrate or the actual transporters that absorb that carbohydrate from the gut into the blood. So when you are doing gut training it is going to require some level of discomfort in order to adapt. That's pretty much the same with any form of training that we do whether we're trying to train our muscles or whatever it is.
