The Customer Lad as the Focal Point
We are product driven company, but i don't think we're product first. I think we're customer firsti i would say that the product features that we develop and design, and the direction that we're taking moving from being just purely e signature to being more about helping customers manage agreements. All that comes out of deep customers sensitivity, like a lot of research around what are customers doing to manage and agreements, and how can we build a product that will help em? Maybe maybe it's like products lash, customer growth company. That might be how i would describe thus.
