A lot of people come in at therapy and they won't tell me, I really need to learn to be more assertive. But it really comes out over the course of time, a lot of their issues, whether it's relationship conflict or chronic anxiety. So often people become aware that it's a problem very indirectly by feeling burned out. And so let's have a group therapy program as well for specifically targeting assertiveness.
