I think people will actually find that certain aspects of how they developed as a kid, very, very early, i dictate a lot of what they do now and how they move now. Just by laying on the ground and doing crazy shed down there, you know, like and feel waigh better. Andjus can't stand up straight, well, ike elbows, preacher curl,. You know, tod be a good example. If i've got like, bottom trisep tightness, it's lok. It feels really super tight
