Lactate Threshold Training
Every time you do a workout in cross fit, you are essentially doing ttt. Lactic is not the waste product that eats away your muscles. It's actually a fuel source. The magic happens at your threshold. This is where you make it doesn't matter if you're doing thrusters and pullups,. If you're learning to drive a race car, or learning to type, or leaning become a classical violinist. That's o be too slow and you will not get better typing.
