Performance Is Different Training

There's no menstrual cycle phase effect on performance, which is absolutely true. The problem comes when people are getting that performance and training kind of mixed up where an athlete is like, oh, I always feel really flat on day 23. So yeah, this is what I mean by performance is different training because training you can work with your hormones. And the idea behind it is to work to be able to increase the loads when your body can take it on to adapt so you get better fitness.
