Jason: What are you actually what this person that you know you're about to hire, that is fresh in the industry, going to do? Give them real world examples. You typically, in some cases, pair or you dissect the issue so that the engineer can run with it on themselves. If they can execute that job they're oing to be doing and have a growth mind set and they meet your values, great, you just got a damn good hire on your hands. And i think us, we really have to have an embrace, a grove mine sit.
