The Only Question on the Table Was, What's Right for the Business?
i always thought it, as chief executive, my job was to do what was right for the business. And i think we all that there was just a point at which when we came to discuss crucial decisions, that was the only question on the table. I like how that frames the debate in terms of, everybody might see things differently, but they're all coming at it from almost the same intent. It's not about me, and it's not about sucking up to me. Power is incredibly disruptive, and you have to be very wary of it and try super hard ever to have to use it.
