The first two blocks of training should be aimed at getting the body ready to put together the different pieces that are the demands of our race. And then basically the last block of training is putting it all together and doing the specific workouts and training that is required for our goal. Can you give us some examples of the two max workouts and the threshold workouts that you would use for a trail runner, because we've mentioned marathon runners?
