Is There a Difference Between Base Rate and Base Rate?
The majority of the benefit from most people who are new to trying to improve their decision quality is around the intentionality of it. It's not so much that they're getting rich feedback from the environment on lots of repeated and similar decisions, and therefore improving calebration from 30% to 35%. And again, just mostly just slowing down and quatifying sort of things that theyare saying that are, you knowthat they hadn't qualified before.
