I thought it was probably an industry I could actually do well in because it really came down to discipline and talking to people. And you can make a lot of money. It's probably one of the only industries you make plenty of money without going to uni. So when I started out by myself, I sort of jumped into a couple million dollar sales and quickly I sort of elevated to prestige markets. Working for her for that period was definitely the best time because it dis-showcased me on all the listings that were I end. Pro-sales key. Then from there back to McGraw was there for quite a few years.
