Dr. Chris Kirk talks to us about his background in combat sports and nutrition. He grew up watching football, then soccer before getting into basketball. After playing for two teams at the same time he was 'burned out' so decided to try Taekwondo. Then started going to Jiu Jitsu sessions with a former Bellator lightweight champion. From there it's been all combat sports from that point on.
