A lot of folks these days are talking about zone two training. Don as we age, so I appreciate here what we're talking about in terms of muscle is it's not just quantity and the sheer mass, the quality and the function of that muscle is really important. We mentioned Stu Phillips, he and I were at a conference last week and he was talking about the Catabolic Crisis concept which was sort of coined by Doug Patton-Jones. Once you get beyond 40 you never recover from catabolic events very well. You always tend to make a step down.
