If you have a hard time walking around the bo, it's a precursor to the fact that everything your world is going to get smaller and smaller. We lose muscle very rapidly in those sit and so if you only have a small pool from which to draw, then you don't have a great deal of reserve. The role of muscle as it i see it is a buffer against a insult, particularly injurious, you know, infection. And we're in the time of covet with what better example than our hospitalization.
