When mountaineering you're almost always have back-to-back days and depending on your objective even something like Rainier it's gonna be three days right or minimal of two for most. You do want to definitely have at least one week where you're kind of overreaching and driving yourself pretty far into fatigue and then feeling yourself bounce back from that yeah I mean there's always this you know sort of saying you know don't don't race don't run your best races in your training"
