A lot of research has really neglected the important role that the brain plays. The brain regulates all of the major physiological systems from a top-down level. And if we're targeting the brain through recovery in terms of promoting sleep, making sure people get a good amount of sleep but also good quality sleep. So I think it's a very important thing. Perhaps because they just don't understand the brain.
