How to Overcome Critique and Build Muscle

I prefer the 10 to 20 rep range four weighted calisthenics with pushups and rows. It is safe because we're not going to break down our posture really soon with heavy loads, it's just not so awkward to set up. I'd highly recommend getting on those if you're exceeding that 30 reps with bodyweight. These are more auxiliary or supplementary exercises that we put in the middle of our workout.
