How Do You Deal With Addictions?
I've been struggling for the last year and a half in getting school work done. The shopping part of this is covid that everything has gone to zom or on line, so i don't have interactions with professors,. Its all viasum. And it has transformed into a shopping adiction. There's no way i'm going to return to using drugs or alcohol. However, that thinking is still there. So along with the impostor indrome, which is basically feeling like i don't deserve to be where iam at. It stemmed back from the farmhouses, you know, 50 years, that idea of having fun and taking something. I feel aloned a lot
