How Much Protein Should You Eat Per Kilo?

We know that the bare minimum to prevent deficiencies is 0.8 grams per kilogram. There's good evidence to support closer to double that would be more optimal. I feel good about recommending an average one gram per pound ideal body weight. You can go up or down based on what your preferences are.
