Amalbird says there's an adaptive necessity for humans to learn experience, and part of that is on making mistakes. Errors are what tell us we're pushing too much in one of those directions. Once you get down to a certain point, he says, you can't drive the errors down further just by eira controls. He says you can get it a bit better om automation and strictly enforced procedures.
