A lot of people hide with seemingly healthy habits, you know, but that might actually be like orthorexia. You know, being used as a mask or hiding place more appropriately. And I noticed you, did you spend time in Spain? I did. Delightful. I highly recommend it. It's a really energetic culture. It's also like sensual. There was something really empowering about being in Spain where there was less judgment in the culture about who you're having sex with. A sense of sensuality, a sense of intimacy in that way.
