I've been in situations where it's been negotiated at nauseum. I remember taking a 15 page an agreement that we put in front of a particular buyer, and he turned it into a 90 page document because he wanted to negotiate basically every line of the agreement. It also ran up his legal fees significantly mine. And when i explained to him what was happening, all of a sudden things started moving quickly. You're trying to meet someone in the middle. But some of the things that this particular person was asking for were beyond unreasonable.
