How to Be Focused, Feel Good Emotionally
Treat your body with respect, honor it and meet your basic needs. If you're not already feeling great then you need to figure out a way how to shift into a better emotional state. Try on things like acceptance, or willingness, or determination, or certainty. These emotions are high on the positive emotion scale if there is such a thing. And they're not very readily accessible.
