The Importance of Learning Olympic Lifting
I always have empathy for people that work in groups. We all have our shit out, our blind spots. And working with groups is definitely not an easy job. I'm a much better coach now than I was six years ago. It just comes back to what you deem is important. If you deem something important, you'll put energy and time into it and you'll make it work.
