Some of the best programmes i've ever seen are in olympic lifting, and they realize they don't need to do as much as they thought. I'm a huge fan of the olympic lifts done correctly and done appropriately. Those last two cavats are the key. Six weeks or so you'll have forty, six weeks to do all the ab work you want.
