Kipping pollups can be dangerous, depending onthe how, why and when they are used. Stick to the training continuum and know that strict strength is going to be the vehicle that keeps you out of the planet. Instead of judging people for doing a particular movement, we should applaud them for showing the courage to take care of their health. The human body is incredibly adaptable and resilient. It will adapt to the forces that are placed it. However sometimes exposing ourselves to greater demands upon our ego can cause us to overexert ourselves in order to achieve certain goals.
