The Fifth Step Is Engage, You Act
The final step of the five is to engage, you act. So it's all about then making a decision, an appropriate decision about what you're doing. That's sometimes and those are seldom on my calendar. I do them because I'm clear, I got space, seems like that's the thing to do. And that then lets my archive brain pull a lot of this stuff together. Every 90 minutes you need to take at least five minutes to walk around do something. You better have eight to nine hours to sleep but not otherwise your archive brain is not functioning optimally.
