Holiday Training - Something Is Always Better Than Nothing

Nothing is always better than nothing however especially if you can maintain some semblance of routine and that is true regardless of what you might have on the calendar. So think about it proactively plan ahead. Maybe you do your long run on a Friday morning instead so that you get it done before you leave. You take some time around that holiday travel to not run and then you come back and jump back into your routine where you left off. If for example you need a track but you don't have access to a track wherever you might be traveling then think about a way to turn that track workout into a fart like workout instead.
