Meditation - A Beginner's Meditation Practice
Start by making a deliberate shift in postur so that you are sitting upright without being rigid, maybe alone. Feel free to adjust your posture during the practice too. When you're ready let go of the hands and moving attention to the breath. Just noticing the changing sensations moment by moment. And maybe a choice to to choose an ancer that's external to the body, outside the body, the sensations outside. See what's tru for ye.
