Launching a Chat Bot at Scorsha Bank?

With conversational AI, you've got a decision to make. Do you go live in the first instance with essentially the full scope of what this thing should be able to do? Or do you go live with like, you know, one or two use cases, solving very specific narrow problems? And then you kind of increase the scope of it incrementally over time. It may be that a chat bot that one use case could be, I don't know, inquiring about opening a new savings account for argument sake. That conversation is scoped and defined based on the context of the website.
