Is Anger Always Bad for You?
There is both adaptive and maladaptive anger. Anger when it's adaptive, is a signal that something is going wrong. Take the example for a moment of your parent with a young child. You can't expect to take ten or 15 trials of the child running into the street before you try to control his or her behaviour.
